As we all know that YouTube has been a home to many mysteries in the past. Today, we are going to see about yet another video from the time when YouTube was only 3-4 years old.
"I Feel Fantastic" , is a video that created internet havoc soon after its release and became a subject of public discussion and research. The video was originally uploaded on 16 April 2009 which is about 11 years ago from today, by a channel named Creepyblog. Surprisingly, this was the only video to be ever uploaded by the channel and it still exists on YouTube.
The video contains footages of a female robot named "Tara The Android". This android singing robot (also famous as Taylor Swift's robo version) was first built by John Bergeron in 2004. This creation of his went viral after Creepyblog uploaded this video.
In this video, you can see Tara singing and doing some weird actions. One moment she is staring at the camera, next moment her clothes are changed and she is sitting. And suddenly she even says , "Please Leave".
The huge description of the video tells the story of a sculptor named Pygmalion from the ancient Greek mythology who was disgusted by the daughters of Propoetus who were forced into prostitution as a punishment by Venus for their lack of worship. Since that Pygmalion lost his appreciation for women, he decided to use his skills to design a bride statue for himself.
The description goes on to say that Tara was also the creation of some modern Pygmalion (John Bergeron as many say) and later, the user appeals us to understand the beauty of this creation and appreciate it rather than terming the video "creepy"
But what is more mysterious than the robot, is a scene from the video. At some point in the video, the camera suddenly cuts to the scene of some backyard for a few seconds. There was no apparent reason or motive behind doing this but this did stimulate the formulation of a no. of theories regarding the video and the user who uploaded it.
People also claim that the creator of this robot, John Bergeron has a YouTube channel by the name Niyou77 because that channel had also uploaded this video. But it was not possible since it was not the earliest upload. Niyou77 had uploaded the video on Jan 14 2010 which was around 9 months after Creepyblog uploaded the video. But the creator does have a website where he had posted a link to download music videos of Tara The Android. From here it was known that the model of the robot in the video was not the original one because John had been working on it since 2004.
So possibly the user Creepyblog just downloaded this music video through the link and on purpose edited it along with the backyard scene which made the rumours even realistic.
On the website, the last ever update made was back in 2006 so it clears the fact that this robot doesn't work or exist anymore. I Feel Fantastic was the last we've heard of Tara but the backyard scene just makes things a little intriguing doesn't it? :)
